Advertising Policy

HCP Connect maintains a strict, uncompromised separation between advertising, commercial activity, and independent editorial clinical intelligence.

Core Independence Mandate

Clear Separation of Advertising & Vaccine Safety Content

HCP Connect maintains a clear separation between advertising, commercial activity, and editorial content.

HCP Connect does not display advertisements for medicinal products on its Vaccine Safety Registry or within vaccine-safety editorial content.

Where advertising or commercial content is displayed elsewhere on the platform, it is clearly distinguishable from editorial and clinical content.

Advertisers, sponsors, and commercial partners do not influence the selection, review, approval, or presentation of vaccine-safety content.

Commercial relationships do not compromise the accuracy, independence, or integrity of HCP Connect’s vaccine-safety information.

Section 1

Prohibition of Medicinal Product Promotion on Vaccine Safety Pages

To preserve complete scientific neutrality and uphold the rigorous standards of the World Health Organization Vaccine Safety Net (WHO VSN), HCP Connect enforces an absolute prohibition on pharmaceutical product advertisements, brand-specific commercial promotions, or medicinal sponsorship banners on all vaccine safety monographs and vaccine registry index pages.

What We Guarantee
  • • Zero medicinal product ads in vaccine safety monographs.
  • • Zero sponsored placement in vaccine safety search results.
  • • Zero pharmaceutical brand funding for vaccine monographs.
  • • Complete clinical independence of named medical reviewers.
What We Prohibit
  • • No native ads disguised as clinical guidelines.
  • • No pharma co-authorship of vaccine monographs.
  • • No programmatic drug advertising adjacent to safety data.
  • • No tracking scripts that sell health data to ad networks.
Section 2

Advertising Labeling on the Broader Platform

On general professional platform sections (such as physician job listings, institutional CME announcements, or provider directories), any third-party commercial advertisements are:

  • Explicitly Labeled:Marked clearly with labels such as “Advertisement,” “Sponsored,” or “Partnered Insight.”
  • Visually Distinct: Formatted with distinct background shading, borders, and typography so they cannot be mistaken for editorial recommendations.
  • No Endorsement: The presence of an ad on the broader platform does not constitute an endorsement by HCP Connect or its clinical faculty.
Section 3

Conflict of Interest & Funding Independence

HCP Connect is operated and funded by Stravent LLC. Commercial contracts, advertising agreements, or technology partnerships held by Stravent LLC have no influence over the clinical evidence evaluation, adverse reaction documentation, or editorial mandates published on the Vaccine Safety Registry.
